We aim to be fair and clear and want parents to be happy with their school photographs.

Digital downloads

​

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered

• If a file is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement

​

Print orders

​

• If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery

• We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

​

Change of mind

​

• Because school photographs are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed
