Our website is intended for parents and guardians purchasing school photographs. All galleries are password protected. Gallery passwords should not be shared outside your household.

Ordering and payment

• We sell prints and digital downloads

• Prices are shown at checkout

• Payment is required at the time of ordering

Digital downloads

​

• Digital downloads are provided for personal use only

• Personal print rights are included

• Images must not be sold, licensed, or used commercially

• Once delivered, digital downloads are non-refundable unless faulty

Print orders

​

• Prints are produced by our in-house professional print lab

• Colours and cropping may vary slightly from what you see on screen

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue

Copyright and image use

​

• Turas Photo Ltd retains copyright of all photographs

• Parents and guardians receive a licence for personal use and personal printing

• Images must not be edited, altered, resold, used commercially, or used for AI training

• Watermarks must not be removed

Gallery security

​

• Galleries are password protected

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure

• We reserve the right to suspend access if galleries are misused or shared publicly

Limitation of liability

​

We take reasonable care in providing our services but are not responsible for issues outside our control, such as internet or third-party service outages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
